In 2Q 2016 Interpipe is producing pipes for QRail Doha Metro Red Line South.

During the meeting at the Embassy, the parties discussed plans to expand the presence of Ukrainian products in Qatar, particularly for chilled water systems, fire-fighting applications and structural purpose in the lead up to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Andrey Burtsev, Vice President of Pipe Sales, said:
“Interpipe continues to strengthen its position in MENA. We have participated in major construction projects in Qatar, as well as in the Gulf more widely.  We ensure clients receive high quality certified steel approved by major international certification organizations. In 2015, Interpipe became the first European supplier to receive UL certification, approving out full range of pipes for fire-fighting.
We appreciate the close cooperation with the Ukrainian Ambassador, and look forward to new possibilities in our partnership.”
